Developed to train Commanders on how to deal with incidents on the scene, this trainer led programme allows the trainee to be remote (i.e. at station and on shift) whilst delivering a highly immersive experiential environment to train in. The trainer has full control of the scene and all aspects of the assets are utilised to provide an ever-changing situation on the ground. This allows each and every training programme to be tailored to the trainee – consistently challenging them to perform at a higher standard.
