History of LFS
Lampada Fire Solutions was born in 2010 from a project within computer science at the University of Hull that secured funding. Working with fire and rescue services software solutions where created to meet the demanding requirements necessary to provide critical services. The software was used by control room teams to dispatch incidents and fire crews to access vital information about the incident. As more fire and rescue services adopted the software, the portfolio expanded to include operational risk management modules, to help protect firefighters. Over the years the software has gone through various new iterations to continue supporting firefighters in an ever changing world.
