The aim of WRM was to provide fire crews with faster, easier access to vital risk information. Too often, delays or difficulties in accessing up-to-date data can impact decision-making on the ground. WRM addresses this by enabling fire services to capture, sync, and distribute risk data efficiently and reliably.

Capabilities

Working in partnership with operational fire staff, Lampada developed WRM to stream line the inputting and managing operational risk information, Users can work online or offline to capture risk information in the field and sync it back to the central system.

To ensure consistency and operational relevance, WRM uses the PORIS (Provision of Operational Risk Information System) model to assess and score risks. The platform also generates clear, concise risk summaries that highlight only the most relevant information for front-line crews. Intuitive workflows reduce admin time and make it easy for staff to input, review, and update risk data without disrupting core duties.
