We had a fantastic time catching up with the team at our recent quarterly meeting at the brand new Aura Innovation Centre. Aura were amazing hosts, ensuring that all Covid-19 safety measures were in place. It was great not only to see familiar faces after 6 months apart, but to meet and greet our new team members and interns for the first time in-person.

The team discussed how Lampada has been proactive throughout remote working, with several projects in the pipeline showing success early on. Our executive management team delivered exceptional presentations on Lampada’s vision moving forward, outlining the company’s ambition with the exciting future plans ahead.

Additionally, we were fortunate enough to have received an external presentation from the excellent Rob Lewis on the importance of being innovative, especially in today’s climate, which is what Lampada continuously strives to do.

To sign off for the day, we underwent an internal workshop to share our thoughts on the brand values that we believe matter the most, both for ourselves and our customers. This followed from our team’s exclusive look at Lampada’s rebranded business areas – which will be coming soon to our website.
